This policy explains, in plain language, what information Work App Performance collects, how we use it, and how we use cookies on this website. We keep it short because we keep the data collection small.

Who we are

Work App Performance (PTY) LTD is a web studio based at 206 Shilling Street, Queenswood, Pretoria, South Africa. For anything in this policy, contact us at info@workappperformance.co.za or 068 639 9396. We are the responsible party for your information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. If you submit the enquiry form or book a data recovery diagnostic, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The details of your enquiry (what you type in the message)
• Which service or package you selected, if any

We do not collect this information in the background, and we do not build profiles on visitors.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

Cookies & local storage

This website uses only a small amount of browser storage, and only for the site to work properly:

• Your cookie choice — so we don't ask you again on your next visit.
• A short visit flag — remembers you've seen the opening animation during your session.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking. We load our fonts from Google Fonts; when your browser fetches them, Google may log that request under its own terms. If we ever add analytics in future, it will only run after you accept non-essential cookies.

Who processes your data

Enquiry-form submissions are delivered to us through a form-handling service (Web3Forms), and our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data only to deliver it to us. We choose reputable providers and keep the list short.

Your choices & rights

You can choose “Essential only” or “Accept all” on the cookie banner, and you can clear your browser's site data at any time to reset that choice. Under POPIA you may ask us to:

• See what personal information we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it, where we're not required to keep it
